How does tipping work?
Tipping is an optional function configured during the onboarding process for payment terminals. If enabled, the terminal will display a tipping screen. merchants can customise this feature during setup and have the option to disable or enable it by requesting support from our team.
The tipping screen offers customers a choice between picking preset tip amounts or entering a custom tip amount. These options can be modified in the terminal's settings to align with the merchant's preferences and customer expectations. This flexibility allows merchants to cater to a wide range of tipping preferences.
Can a user process a reversal?
A reversal can only be initiated for a payment transaction if the transaction status is unsettled.
Is refund the only option when I want to refund a purchase?
A reversal can be performed before settlement. A refund can be initiated both before and after the settlement of the transaction.
Are there different endpoints for pre-settlement and post-settlement refund?
There is a single URL for refunds, whether they are for pre-settlement or post-settlement transactions. Pleaseclick here
to check our endpoint for refunds..Will the refund amount be returned to the same account used for the purchase, or can it be directed to a different account?
In the case of a linked refund, there is no option to change the account details. However, in contrast, for unmatched/unlinked refunds, you can choose any desired account for the refund.
Can I control receipt printing transaction by transaction?
Indeed, a merchant user has the capability to reprint the receipt from the transaction history.

A "merchant reference" is an identifier by a merchant to track and manage payment transactions. It helps merchant to organize and distinguish transactions. Merchant references in transaction offer key benefits such as streamlined tracking and simplified reconciliation.
